Train Like Girls was born to support school age girls ages 13–18 with fitness education, performance training, nutrition guidance, and mental wellness tools—designed just for them.
Because strong, confident girls don’t just play the game—they own it.

Danielle Brown
Danielle Brown is the Founder and CEO of I Am Fit, LLC, a health and wellness company established in 2014. With over fifteen years of experience in athletics, health, fitness, and mental coaching, Danielle has established herself as a leader in the field. In 2023, she was honored with induction into Western Michigan University's Athletic Hall of Fame in her hometown of Kalamazoo, MI.
As an entrepreneur, Danielle has extended her passion for healthy living into the community through consulting, public speaking engagements, and mentorship. Under her leadership, I Am Fit, LLC has successfully trained hundreds of clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintain holistic success through programs that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
In her free-time, Danielle enjoys writing short stories and anthologies, as well as pursuing modeling opportunities.
Claire Pagan
Claire Pagan is a performance coach, nutrition expert, and competitive athlete dedicated to helping others reach their peak potential. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and an M.S. in Sports Management, combining science-backed strategies with real-world experience.
As the founder of EatWithClaire.com and Steadfast Coaching, Claire specializes in nutrition, strength training, and endurance coaching, guiding athletes to fuel and train with purpose. A competitor at the highest levels, she has competed in Track & Field, Hyrox, CrossFit, and races ranging from 5Ks to ultramarathons. She is also a Boston and NYC Marathon qualifier, demonstrating her expertise in endurance performance.
